Mark Noon is one of the most experienced leadership speakers when it comes to translating values into performance. A retired U.S. Air Force Major, executive leadership coach, and author, Mark has spent more than 30 years developing leaders across military, healthcare, and civilian organizations. His leadership journey began early, when a rapid promotion placed him in charge of others without formal leadership training. That defining moment shaped his lifelong mission: to help leaders at every level gain the skills, confidence, and mindset required to lead people well. Today, Mark is known for his ability to inspire audiences to move beyond reasonable expectations and create cultures where people and performance thrive.
Mark Noon’s leadership credibility is built on lived experience. He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, including 12 years as a commissioned officer, retiring with the rank of Major. His career included nine assignments across seven states and a tour of duty in the Middle East, exposing him to high-stakes leadership environments few ever experience. Beginning his career as an enlisted laboratory technician, Mark later transitioned into officer leadership and laboratory management, where he quickly learned how challenging leadership can be without proper preparation. That early lesson became the foundation of his work developing leaders who are equipped, intentional, and values-driven.
Throughout his career, Mark has focused on leader development, employee engagement, succession and strategic planning, and change leadership. During his time in the Air Force medical community, he played a key role in a major cultural and leadership transformation. This work required aligning values, behaviors, and strategy while maintaining service excellence in complex, fast-moving environments. Mark understands how culture is shaped by everyday leadership decisions, and he teaches leaders how to intentionally create environments where people feel valued, engaged, and accountable.
After retiring from the Air Force, Mark brought his operational expertise and service excellence mindset to Studer Group and later to Leadership10. In these roles, he worked with both civilian and military leaders at the highest levels, helping them strengthen employee engagement, customer experience, self-leadership, and organizational culture. Mark is known for clearly explaining the value connection: how leaders who invest in their people consistently achieve stronger results. His ability to translate complex leadership frameworks into practical actions makes his work highly relevant across industries.
Mark Noon is a dynamic and affable speaker who connects easily with diverse audiences. He has coached and spoken in more than 320 organizations across 43 states and four countries, to more than 30,000 people working with leaders at every level.
