Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, I attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School before earning a scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, where I graduated with a degree in Sociology.
I was selected 13th overall in the NFL Draft and went on to win Super Bowl LI with the New England Patriots. After retiring from professional football in 2020, I transitioned into real estate, now serving as a Realtor in Minnesota.
Today, I am also recognized as one of Minnesota’s top motivational speakers, sharing lessons on leadership, resilience, discipline, and navigating life’s transitions.
I am married to Sydney Floyd, and we are blessed with three beautiful children, Sienna, Michael Jr., and Liv.
