Dr. Noah Manyika is a visionary thought leader, author, and sought-after global speaker with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of faith, leadership, innovation, and transformational community development.
A Fulbright Scholar and former Senior Fellow with the Sagamore Institute, he brings a rare blend of intellectual rigor, lived global experience, and prophetic clarity to audiences across corporate, academic, faith-based, and policy environments.
He holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where he studied under former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, a BA in Journalism and Political Science from Romania’s Academia Ștefan Gheorghiu during the Cold War, a PhD in Christian Leadership from Vision University, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.
Dr. Manyika’s leadership journey began in Zimbabwe, where he served in senior business and ministerial leadership roles from 1987 to 1994. After relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, he founded Nexus Global Serve/Nexus Ministries, catalyzing transformative public-private partnerships and community-based initiatives, including the Charlotte Children’s Scholarship Fund, Brookstone School, and the Charlotte Empowerment Zone. In Zimbabwe, he also founded the One Tribe Problem Solvers Clubs, fostering collaboration among civic, business, and government leaders—work that led to his invitation to advise the cabinet-level Organ for National Healing, Reconciliation, and Integration during a critical national transition.
Dr. Manyika has addressed and facilitated high-impact audiences across sectors. He has spoken at a company-wide leadership session for Red Ventures, facilitated leadership retreats for Compassion International, delivered teaching and immersion sessions for Bakke Graduate University’s City Immersion Programs, and addressed policy and global leadership audiences at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C. He is also a highly sought-after speaker at churches, leadership conferences, academic forums, and global convenings, known for his ability to connect deep theology, cultural insight, and practical leadership in a way that is both challenging and catalytic.
His board and advisory service includes the Affordable Housing Cabinet established by the late John Crosland, Queens University’s Advisory Board, United World Missions, Harvests of Hope, Above and Beyond, and other nonprofit and civic initiatives. He previously served as Africa Chairman of Kalahari Capital Partners, an investment platform focused on new business creation and short-term trade finance in emerging markets.
In 2018, Dr. Manyika was a candidate in Zimbabwe’s presidential elections. His life and work across Africa, Eastern Europe, and the United States give him a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective on leadership, global systems, innovation, and cultural transformation.
Currently, Dr. Manyika is the founder and CEO of Kitchen Copilot Inc., an AI-powered platform innovating at the intersection of food, health, faith, and technology to empower families and communities. He is also the founder of The Issachar Coll3ctive, a global initiative equipping faith-driven leaders to understand the times and act with courage, creativity, and conviction.
