Owen Frost began his career as a motivational speaker in 1982, spending 15 years traveling before planting the church where he has served as Pastor for the last 29 years. Married to his wife, Jennifer, for 34 years, Owen is the father of four daughters and a grandfather to several granddaughters. His personal life has provided him with extensive experience in family dynamics, and he frequently speaks on building healthy marriages and raising children who remain close friends into adulthood.
A primary focus of Owen’s message is providing an antidote to despair in a challenging world. For over 15 years, Owen has lived with an aggressive form of early-onset Parkinson’s disease. Despite an initial diagnosis that predicted he would be wheelchair-bound within five years, Owen maintains an irrepressible attitude of gratitude. He rejoices in his continued mobility and uses his journey to encourage others to face their own disabilities and triumph.
