With a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Illinois, a Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary, and ongoing doctoral studies in education at Dallas Baptist University, he blends academic excellence with real-world leadership experience. His career spans roles as a teacher, coach, principal, and academic leader, equipping him with a unique ability to connect, inspire, and develop leaders at every level.

Known for his dynamic speaking and practical wisdom, Pastor Winfield has impacted audiences across the nation and abroad through ministry, leadership development, and missions in Africa. Called to preach in 1991 and ordained in 1996, his journey has included serving as a Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, and church planter. He is also the author of Unleashing Greatness – Learning To Tap Into Your Potential, a powerful message that challenges individuals to break barriers and step into their God-given purpose.
