Raul Torres is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas and is the President of Raul Torres, CPA P.C., a full-service public accounting and financial service firm since 1993.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, Inc. He is also President of Raul Torres Financial Services, Texas Financial Services, Inc.

Raul Torres, CPA was elected to the 82nd Texas House of Representatives in 2010 and served as a member of the House of Representative from 2011-2013. During this term in office Representative Torres served on the Appropriations and Insurance Committees. He was honored with several awards during his term including the Texas Municipal League Legislator of the Year Award and the Top Ten the Legislator Award from Texas Association of Benefits Administrators for his work during the 82nd Legislative Session for his first term in office.
