He’s also a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), having served as the Americas Chair and Chair of Professional Standards for Foodservice Consulting. Rudy is literally the only management consultant in the US who holds both certifications, each of which tests and demands the highest skills and ethics.
He’s the author of the Leadership Cookbook and co-author of 5 books focused on leadership and profitability in the restaurant industry. Rudy’s written over 800 articles and blogs on leadership, management, and Culture driving Brand. He is a co-host of Restaurant Masterminds Podcast, part of the Savor.FM podcast network.
