About Sally Gimon

Sally’s journey into real estate investing and advanced tax strategy began in October 2018, when her mother became seriously ill. At 53, Sally realized she needed to make a decisive change—one that would create financial security, flexibility, and long-term impact.

With over 20 years of experience as an insurance agent, Sally leveraged her deep understanding of risk, protection, and financial systems to transition into real estate investing. In July 2020, she purchased a bank-owned property for $20,000 that was projected to sell at auction for $50,000 once COVID-19 restrictions lifted. While reviewing the numbers, she discovered her capital gains tax would exceed $7,000—prompting a deeper question: Why do high-level investors legally pay so little in taxes?

That question led Sally to study IRS Tax Code 643(b) and uncover the power of Business and Beneficial Spendthrift Trusts. Today, she educates business owners, investors, and independent income earners on how to legally reduce—or eliminate—tax exposure using strategies already available to the wealthy.

Sally now shares her knowledge weekly through her real estate group and on Win Win Women TV, helping others protect their profits, preserve wealth, and make smarter financial decisions.

She speaks to associations, real estate meetings, FOREX conventions, and sales organizations, teaching audiences how to legally structure income to reduce federal and state tax liability, avoid capital gains taxes, and eliminate unnecessary Medicare surcharges such as IRMAA.
