Becca Davis is an internal communications and organizational alignment strategist who helps leaders and teams turn complexity into clarity. As the founder of B. Davis Consulting, she partners with growth stage and established organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve cross functional alignment, and build practical systems that support sustainable performance. A CTI-certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, Becca brings a coaching forward approach to her work, helping leaders not just understand what to do differently, but build the awareness and capability to do it.

Over the past two decades, Becca has worked inside and alongside organizations across nonprofit, privately held and employee owned environments.
