About Chris Romulo

Chris Romulo is a six-time Muay Thai champion, World Cup bronze medalist, and former North American professional titleholder who now brings a fighter’s discipline to corporate leadership and high-performance teams. With nearly three decades in combat sports, Chris translates the mindset required to win under the lights into practical tools for leaders and organizations operating in high-stakes environments.

In 2010, Chris founded CROM Physical Culture in New York City — the first Muay Thai gym in Far Rockaway — where he mentored hundreds through discipline-based training and leadership development. After losing both his home and gym during Hurricane Sandy, he rebuilt from the ground up — an experience that deepened his understanding of resilience beyond the ring. Today, as a Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) certified coach and author of Champions Uprising, he delivers high-impact, story-driven keynotes that equip leaders and teams to regulate emotion, confront self-doubt, and execute decisively under pressure.

Chris has delivered over 200 keynotes and workshops for organizations including JPMorgan Chase and The Haugland Group, as well as construction, infrastructure, and leadership conferences nationwide. He has been featured in national media including Men’s Health, HuffPost, and Yahoo News. A devoted husband and father of two, he lives what he teaches: composure earned through adversity and strengthened through action.
