About Steve Frazier

Steve Frazier is a lifelong Christian, author, coach, and speaker who helps people recognize and break free from self-sabotaging habits that quietly drain clarity, peace, and God-given strength.

For more than four decades, Steve lived a life defined by productivity, responsibility, and perseverance. At age 28, he purchased his first restaurant, launching an entrepreneurial career that would span over 20 years and include ownership of multiple businesses. Like many faithful, hardworking people, Steve relied on caffeine to meet the demands of life, leadership, and service. Coffee became a normalized companion, rarely questioned, widely accepted, and culturally encouraged.

Over time, however, the cost became undeniable.

Despite professional success and deep faith, Steve’s sleep suffered, stress increased, and energy became increasingly artificial. What once felt like a helpful habit began quietly pushing his nervous system into constant overdrive. Beneath the caffeine use was something deeper and more universal: self-sabotage, the unconscious patterns that keep people returning to what drains them, even when they desire something better.

Rooted in his Christian faith and guided by a conviction that the body is meant to be stewarded, not overridden, Steve began asking difficult questions. Why do we normalize exhaustion? Why do we ignore the warning signs our bodies give us? Why do we lean on external stimulants instead of cultivating rest, discipline, and trust in God’s design?

This turning point led Steve to step away from the restaurant industry and into a season of learning, reflection, and transformation. He immersed himself in the study of behavioral psychology, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and habit formation, earning his MBA from American Intercontinental University in 2014. His goal was not just personal healing but understanding how modern culture trains people to disconnect from wisdom in the name of productivity.

That journey gave birth to writing the book Release the Coffee Cuffs: Winning the Battle with Caffeine and the Release the Coffee Cuffs coaching program, an eight-week, science-backed, faith-aligned approach to restoring natural energy while addressing the deeper patterns of self-sabotage underneath it.

Whether he’s speaking on a podcast, leading a workshop, coaching one-on-one, or addressing a faith-based audience, Steve has a unique ability to make heavy topics feel approachable and engaging. He breaks down complex issues like nervous system overload, cortisol spikes, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and dopamine dysregulation in a way that is clear, relatable, and often unexpectedly entertaining. With storytelling flair, experience working with thousands of people, and an uncanny ability to call out modern cultural myths without judgment, Steve invites audiences to think differently about habits they’ve never been encouraged to question. His message, whether delivered in conferences, podcasts, or corporate settings, is never about guilt or restriction, but about awareness, freedom, and reclaiming peace, presence, and purposeful living in a world driven by overstimulation and quick fixes.

He has a micro mission, that is to create awareness of the negative effects caffeine has on the unborn fetus. This rarely talked about topic is brought to the forefront in all of his presentations.

Steve lives in Schofield, Wisconsin, with his wife Brenda, and remains committed to helping people move from survival mode into intentional, Christ-centered living, one habit at a time.
