Meet Steve Rupp – Small Business Systems Coach & Referral Strategist

With 26 years of industry experience, Steve Rupp is a true real estate powerhouse. Raised in the business and the former leader of one of the top-producing teams in his city, Steve is recognized nationally as one of the most highly educated real estate professionals in the world—earning an incredible 18 designations and certifications throughout his career.

Steve’s impact goes far beyond transactions. He was honored as the 2020 REALTOR® of the Year, featured on numerous real estate podcasts, and has served as a trusted voice for agents on MIBOR’s REALTOR®-Builder Panel. Steve is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and he currently sits on the Professional Standards Hearing Panel and is a certified MIBOR Mediator, helping shape the integrity of the industry he loves.

After decades of sales success, Steve felt a deeper calling—to coach and elevate other agents and small business owners. He sold his real estate business to launch Steve Rupp Coaching, where he now helps agents and small business owners break through their ceilings using proven systems, models, and accountability that create predictable, scalable, and sustainable results.

Steve’s signature program, Premier Connect, teaches agents how to build powerful vendor partnerships and deliver white-glove Concierge service that generates 27+ referrals per year and over $250,000 in annual income—without cold calling or paying for leads.

He brings unmatched experience, energy, and insight to every class and audience he teaches—and his mission is simple: help agents and small business oweners build businesses they love and lives they’re proud of.

Outside of coaching, Steve has been married to his amazing wife Brigid for 22 years. He’s a proud dad to two daughters: Anastasia, a business student at IU’s Kelley School of Business, and Natalia, a high school cheerleader who recently represented Team USA in Milan, Italy. When he’s not coaching or cheering from the sidelines, Steve’s probably planning his next trip to Europe.
