Summer Alexander is the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Simply Training Solutions, where she helps leaders sharpen their strategic thinking, improve their public speaking skills, and strengthen their ability to lead high-performing teams. With more than 15 years of experience designing and leading leadership development programs, facilitating learning, and coaching leaders, she brings both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives to her work.

Summer has led learning and leadership development functions for global organizations and managed diverse teams, giving her firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges leaders face. Her approach is human-centered, interactive, and rooted in creating safe, engaging spaces where leaders can practice, experiment, and grow.

She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Management from DePaul University, along with a certificate in Educating Adults from DePaul’s School for Continuing and Professional Studies. Summer is certified in Insights Discovery and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and holds a DEI&B certification from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her global facilitation and leadership experience spans industries and geographies, equipping her with a cross-cultural lens that informs all of her programs.
