A highly principled senior executive with thirty years of providing value for his clients, leadership and mentoring for his teams, and creating and building businesses for his company. Tony has worked for premier companies and start-ups in the Media, Entertainment & High-Tech space, both domestically and internationally, becoming a recognized global citizen. In his nearly twenty-year career with Accenture, he rose through the ranks from a Manager in Financial Services/Insurance to the highest levels of Accenture leadership.

Of the many successful engagements Tony has led over the years, he is rightfully proud of the work he and his teams accomplished with iconic Silicon Valley companies, assisting in the development of new business and product incubation. His hard work, business acumen, technical expertise, and operational rigor were the underpinnings of an effort that delivered on-shore growth of 1000+ in the Bay Area.

He has worked and/or lived in 16 countries throughout his career, building teams in multiple countries. He left Accenture as the Managing Director BPS, overseeing 18,000+ people over North and South America.

Since stepping away from Accenture in March 2017, Tony has established TP MUSIC LLC to combine his passions of business, music and entrepreneurship.
