Will holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California and has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. He has founded and exited multiple companies, earning a place on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies several times. He is a long-time member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and regularly speaks to leadership communities including YPO, Vistage, and other executive forums.

Earlier in his life, Will served in the Royal Marines, an experience that deeply shaped his leadership philosophy. Born in Zambia, a European and naturalized U.S. citizen, Will has lived in six countries and conducted business in more than fifty, bringing a truly global perspective to his work.
