Human Intelligence, Innovation and Creative Thinking in the Age of AI
Dr. André is a social psychologist, best-selling author, keynote and 2 x TEDx speaker with a powerful entrepreneurial background who explores the relationship between creative thinking, human potential, and performance. Spanning psychology, business, innovation, and education, he helps audiences challenge assumptions, expand their perspectives, and recognize the value of thinking independently in an increasingly complex and AI oriented world.
Building resilience to burnout is a central focus of André’s work, as is the relevance of creative thinking in the age of AI. The risk of cognitive surrender is very real in both school children and adults. It is the tendency to rely on artificial intelligence without engaging one's own judgment, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities. Through his talks, he examines how individuals and organizations can use AI as a tool while preserving the uniquely human capacities that drive creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful decision-making.
André has developed and patented inventions that became global leaders and built businesses with international distribution, offices in Europe and the United States, and a 250-person sales network across North America. His professional experience includes developing executive training programs for NASA, the Virgin Group, the Welsh Government and the Smithsonian. He has designed master's-level courses for the University of Nevada, Reno, in global marketing, strategic planning, management, and communications.
Known for combining humor, storytelling, personal experience, and psychological insight, André delivers engaging presentations that encourage audiences to think differently and turn fresh perspectives into meaningful action.
