Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Chip Woods grew up surrounded by love, complexity, pain, and adversity. As a young man, fighting, crime, and destructive choices put him on a path that seemed destined to end in prison or death.

Then one newspaper ad changed everything.

The ad was for a door-to-door sales position. What began as a job became the vehicle that transformed Chip's life.

After struggling to learn the business, Chip mastered the art of selling and quickly emerged as a leader. He went from knocking on doors to developing salespeople, building teams, and eventually operating multiple door-to-door sales organizations across the United States. At his peak, Chip helped lead and motivate more than 200 sales representatives while building an organization that generated more than $5 million in annual revenue for multiple years.

But success couldn't heal what achievement had allowed him to hide.

Despite the money, leadership, and professional accomplishments, Chip knew something was missing. During the COVID era, he began the most difficult journey of his life—not building another business, but rebuilding himself.

Chip confronted the childhood pain, emotional wounds, and destructive patterns that had followed him into adulthood. Through that healing journey, he discovered that real leadership begins long before you lead other people.

It begins with learning how to lead yourself.

Today, Chip combines decades of real-world experience in sales, leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal transformation to challenge people to confront what is holding them back and take responsibility for who they are becoming.
