Dr. Aisha Quin Gilmer

Dr. Aisha Quin Gilmer is an Organizational Psychologist, Author, Speaker, and Commercial Real Estate Investor. She has 18 years of experience in Economic Development and Policy. Dr. Quin Gilmer holds two doctorate degrees, in Organizational Psychology and Healthcare Policy. She also earned an MBA and a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Dr. Quin Gilmer holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from the Urban Land Institute.

Dr. Quin Gilmer is the co-owner of Opulent Life Financial Services, a financial services and business strategy company, and Impact Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm. Both firms are committed to providing entrepreneurs and investors with essential tools and financial resources to help them build and scale their businesses and promote economic development. Dr. Quin Gilmer has experience in academia, as well as the private and public sectors, and contributed to the rollout of the Affordable Care Act with the Obama administration, fostering economic development and inclusion in urban and rural communities.
