Jenny J. Rogers is an author, speaker, and creator of Momma Bear Meditations, a reflective message brand helping people move from pressure to presence through rhythms of rest, connection, and spiritual renewal. Through her writing, speaking, and signature rhythm of Pause. Process. Pray., Jenny helps women, leaders, educators, and high-capacity people slow down, notice what is real, reconnect with God and themselves, and live more fully present to the life in front of them. Jenny is the author of Curious: Momma Bear Meditations, a companion for reflection and rest. She brings a rich vocational background as a high school choral director, director of worship and children’s ministry, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and creative communicator. Her training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and certifications in life coaching and health rhythms facilitation. Jenny has spoken at women’s retreats, team-building events, worship conferences, and leadership gatherings in the U.S. and internationally. She lives in Kingsport, Tennessee, with her husband and their two Bernedoodles, Ike and Izzy. They have three grown children.
