Inspiring Conscious Leadership, Intentional Living & Meaningful Legacy
Jolisa Webb Dudley is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, former senior federal executive, transformational author, and founder and CEO of Beauty in the Midst LLC. With decades of experience navigating high-stakes leadership environments, organizational transformation, and human relationships, she brings a distinctive perspective to conscious leadership, intentional living, and the legacy we create through our everyday interactions.
Throughout her military and civilian careers, Jolisa served in senior leadership and strategic advisory roles, including supporting the highest levels of Air Force leadership and advancing organizational culture and customer experience within the federal government. Her work has consistently centered on a fundamental question: How do we lead, serve, and engage others in ways that honor both our responsibilities and our humanity? Today, she draws on those experiences to challenge audiences to move beyond titles, performance, and conventional definitions of success toward greater awareness, alignment, and purpose.
As the author of The Sacred Journey, The Caregiver’s Reflection Journal, and Sacred Courtship: Getting Clear Before Getting Closer, Jolisa explores the interconnected themes of personal growth, relationships, caregiving, discernment, and legacy. Through her Crosswork™ philosophy, she encourages individuals to examine how they show up in their relationships with God, themselves, and others—and what they are creating through those interactions. Her message is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation begins with awareness, intentional choices, and the courage to live in alignment with what matters most.
Whether addressing executives, women’s organizations, faith communities, caregivers, or individuals navigating life’s transitions, Jolisa combines executive-level insight, relatable storytelling, thoughtful reflection, and practical wisdom. Her speaking invites audiences not simply to pursue greater achievement, but to consider who they are becoming, how they are influencing others, and the legacy they are consciously choosing to leave. Her guiding reminder is simple yet powerful: “Awareness Kills Autopilot.™”
