About Kent Karnemaat

From farm fields to family rooms, boardrooms to basketball courts, I have always enjoyed helping people grow. Whether I’m talking with two people at a coffee shop or speaking to hundreds at a business conference, my passion is the same: encouraging individuals and teams to improve, discover their strengths, and fulfill their potential.

My beautiful wife, Kimberly, and I have been married for 40 years and have raised 10 children in Fremont, Michigan. Together, we have invested our lives in our family, our agricultural business, and more than 30 years of homeschooling. As a family, we love traveling and exploring our Savior’s beautiful creation.

I have served as a managing partner of our family business, Karnemaat’s LLC, and on numerous boards for nonprofit and for-profit organizations. I also had the privilege of serving as an assistant coach for the Grace Christian University men’s basketball team, helping the team earn three national championships.

Through 59 years of life, I have gathered experiences that continue to shape how I lead, coach, and encourage others. I love sharing the lessons learned along the way and helping people pursue growth in their families, work, faith, and everyday lives.
