REBIRTHING THE HEALTH OF AMERICA America is powerful—but is America healthy? Why the Health of Our People May Be the Most Important National Issue of Our Time
Mary Elizabeth Tocco is an independent natural health researcher, author, educator, producer, and international public speaker who has devoted more than 45 years to researching natural approaches to health and wellness. For more than three decades, she has spoken to audiences across the country and internationally, helping people better understand the body’s natural ability to develop, maintain, and restore health.
Mary’s passion is especially focused on children and families. As a mother of five and grandmother to 13, all raised with a natural approach, she brings both extensive research and real-life experience to her message. Her work encourages parents to become informed participants in their children’s health and to understand the important role of nutrition, lifestyle, natural immunity, and the body’s own healing processes. Her approach is centered on empowering families with knowledge rather than simply telling them what to do.
In 2025, Mary published Natural Immune Development for Lifelong Health and Vitality, a book designed to help parents understand natural immunity and support their children’s health. Her decades of educational work also include launching one of the early websites devoted to natural health education and scientific research, producing educational DVD programs, and serving as the producer and host of “Healing Our World,” a radio program dedicated to exploring the causes of illness and presenting natural approaches to wellness.
Mary has also spent decades researching and speaking about medical freedom, informed healthcare decisions, and the choices available to families. Her experience includes advocacy work in Michigan, testimony before a state health policy committee, and extensive research into childhood health issues. Today, her message reaches beyond any single health issue: she challenges audiences to rethink what they have been taught about health, become better informed, and recognize the powerful role they can play in creating healthier families and a healthier future.
