For more than 30 years, Nick Reid has been speaking, speechwriting, and helping communicate ideas that move people to action. His experience spans politics, churches, businesses, and organizations around the world, giving him a unique understanding of how to connect with audiences across cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. Whether addressing a room of business leaders, sharing stories from the coffee farms of India, or speaking about leadership, purpose, and the lessons learned through decades of entrepreneurship, Nick brings authenticity, humor, and real-world experience to the stage.

Nick is the founder and CEO of Zeohyr Coffee Company and has worked professionally in coffee since 2013, beginning as a roaster before expanding into coffeehouse ownership and international coffee development. A CQI Certified Professional Q Processor and SCA Certified Professional Barista, he has traveled internationally visiting and working alongside coffee producers, with a particular focus on tribal coffee farmers in India. Those experiences have given Nick a perspective that reaches far beyond coffee. His keynotes explore entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, overcoming challenges, building meaningful businesses, and the extraordinary things we can learn when we step outside our own world and genuinely connect with people whose lives look very different from our own.
