Robert Hinchliffe is a successful principal, author, and speaker based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and he has been an elementary school administrator for over 19 years. His career accomplishments include leading various 5-star rated schools, schools that have received distinguished awards, and he was selected to open Tyrone Thompson Elementary School in 2020.
He is the author and co-author of multiple books including “House Systems Rock”, “Dream Themes”, “Start on the Sidewalk”, and “More Than Just Teaching” which was released in May of 2024. “More Than Just Principals” is his latest book, scheduled for release in December of 2025, which highlights 15 administrators with excellent results from across the country.
He currently leads “the model of what a public school can and should be” while working to fight the status quo daily, aiming to create an exciting school environment for kids and families. He has presented at various schools, districts, and conferences, bringing his energy and passion so attendees leave feeling inspired to make a bigger impact in our profession.
