Super Bowl Champion helping leaders build trust, accountability, and championship culture.
Sylvester “Sly” Williams is a Super Bowl 50 Champion, former NFL first-round draft pick, keynote speaker, and Co-Founder and President of Champ Group Consulting. He helps organizations turn leadership principles into everyday behaviors that strengthen trust, accountability, and performance.
Sly’s journey began in St. Louis, where school setbacks and jobs at Taco Bell and a factory preceded an unlikely football career. After playing just one year of high school football, he walked on at Coffeyville Community College, earned a scholarship to the University of North Carolina, and became a first-round NFL draft pick in 2013. He went on to win Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos.
Today, Sly draws on his experience in championship locker rooms, business, and life to help people lead through adversity and raise the standards around them. Through the CHAMP framework—Commitment, Honesty, Accountability, Mindset, and Persistence—he gives audiences practical tools to take ownership, have honest conversations, and follow through when motivation fades.
Whether speaking to corporate teams, government leaders, educators, or student-athletes, Sly brings personal storytelling, direct conversation, and actionable lessons. His message challenges audiences to see what is possible, take responsibility for their next step, and build habits that make success repeatable.
