Tony holds a Maxwell Leadership Certification (2024), which enables him to facilitate training, coaching, and speaking engagements based on Maxwell Leadership’s personal and professional development principles. In addition, he earned a Ziglar Life Coach Certification (2020), equipping him with the skills to help clients develop the mindset and habits necessary for success.

His academic journey includes graduate studies in Leadership and Growth at Cincinnati Bible Seminary (2006) and an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University (1996).
