He served as President of Rise and Shine Toastmasters for seven years and has been a CEO Space International member for 21 years. Walter received the Excellence in Leadership Award, selected from 2,600 nonprofit organizations. His background as a former police officer and member of the Navy Honor Guard in Washington, D.C., reflects his lifelong commitment to integrity, ethics, and service.
