Bob Jacobs has spent more than 15 years with Churchill Mortgage, where he serves as Director of Affiliate Business and is a Partner at Champion Title Ventures, a key collaborator in the company’s ESOP program. He also manages a family office and regularly speaks on mental health, sharing his personal journey to support and encourage others.

Before leading Champion Title Ventures, Bob oversaw Equity Solutions USA and Equity Express, appraisal management companies co owned by Churchill Mortgage. His career also includes executive leadership roles within the telecommunications industry.
Bob is the author of Rack ‘Em Up and Win: Tips to Building Successful Business Relationships and an active mental health advocate. He has served on numerous industry and community boards, including the Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, the University of Mississippi Business School Advisory Board, the Center for Entrepreneurship at Ole Miss, the Entrepreneur Organization Board, Bleacher Vibes, LLC and HLX.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mississippi. Bob lives in Nashville with his wife, Chenoa, and has two adult children—Wren, a student at Auburn University, and Reid, a sophomore and football team manager at Ole Miss.
