Erica Elliott, MS, is an international speaker, Christian counselor, and international bestselling author with more than 18 books out. With over 35 years of experience in counseling, management, leadership development, and brain-based education.
She retired from the federal government, where she worked serving combat veterans and their families. She has spoken to federal agencies, military installations, police and fire departments, universities, churches, and leadership teams on resilience, mental health, and sustainable leadership.
Erica holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, where she graduated with honors. She is a Licensed Counselor with advanced certifications in various areas, such as Certified Trauma Therapist, Somatics, Career and Management, DiSC personality, Brain Health Coach, Certified Alternative Medicines Professional, and more.
Erica served 12½ years in the military as a Behavioral Science Specialist and Medic. Her work blends neuroscience, faith, and wholistic approach equip leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately—without stigma or burnout.
