I help adults in midlife transform their burnout into a midlife comeback, rippling into stronger families, workplaces and communities.
Philip Blackett is a speaker, entrepreneur, bestselling author, podcast host and midlife transformation coach helping adults navigate one of the most important transitions of their lives. His mission is simple yet powerful: “I help adults in midlife transform burnout into a midlife comeback — so they can thrive in the second half of life, lead their families well, perform at a higher level at work, and strengthen the communities around them.”
Through his Life After 40 movement, Philip equips high-performing and purpose-driven adults with practical strategies to transform their health, wealth, and relationships through sustainable habits, mindset shifts, and personal leadership.
