These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZMetrics, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, doing business as Salem Speakers, Salem Speaker Bureau, and SalemSpeakers.com referred to as “Company,” “SSB,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These Terms govern your access to and use of https://salemspeakers.com, including all related websites, platforms, software, services, communications, and offerings.
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.
1. Ownership and Operating Entity
Salem Speakers and Salem Speaker Bureau are registered brands operated exclusively by:
EZMetrics, LLC
A Michigan limited liability company
All legal, financial, contractual, and operational obligations of Salem Speakers fall under EZMetrics, LLC.
2. Definitions
Member
A subscribing user paying a recurring monthly fee for access to Salem Speakers services.
Speaker
A Member listed, promoted, or considered for speaking opportunities through Salem Speakers.
Client or Event Organizer
Any third party seeking speakers for events identified by Salem Speakers.
Engagement
Any potential or confirmed speaking opportunity, interview, inquiry, or event identified or communicated through Salem Speakers.
Content
All text, media, software access, videos, training, SaaS tools, and materials provided by the Company.
3. Subscription Services
Salem Speakers operates as a subscription based service.
For a fee of $99 per month, Members receive access to:
• A hosted SaaS platform powered by GoHighLevel
• CRM and communication tools included with the subscription
• Access to bonus training and digital courses
• Hosting and account management
• Manual prospecting of speaking events by the Company team
• Notification of relevant speaking opportunities identified by the Company
The Company does not guarantee bookings, interviews, responses, income, or results.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
All Speakers and Members participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship.
Members are solely responsible for:
• Their conduct
• Their communications
• Their taxes
• Their legal compliance
• Their performance
5. No Guarantee of Results
Members acknowledge and agree that:
• Salem Speakers does not guarantee speaking engagements
• Salem Speakers does not guarantee interviews
• Salem Speakers does not guarantee income, bookings, or outcomes
• Opportunities identified may or may not result in further communication or contracts
All services are effort based, not outcome based.
6. Payments, Billing, and No Refund Policy
Membership is billed at $99 per month on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All subscription payments are non refundable
• No partial refunds, prorations, or credits are provided
• Fees are charged for access, hosting, tools, labor, and availability
• Cancellation stops future billing only
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.
7. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
By subscribing and accepting these Terms, you expressly agree that:
• You will not dispute, charge back, or attempt to reverse any transaction
• You understand you are purchasing a subscription service
• All payments are final and non refundable
You authorize the Company to retain records of:
• Your IP address
• Date and time of acceptance
• Checkbox confirmation
• Account access logs
These records may be used to contest disputes or chargebacks.
8. Use of Platform and Conduct
Members agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Communicate professionally with event organizers
• Not misrepresent the Company or services
The Company may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content, software configuration, branding, systems, and materials are owned or licensed by EZMetrics, LLC.
Members are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform while subscribed.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member in the prior 30 days
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:
• EZMetrics, LLC
• Salem Speakers
• Salem Speaker Bureau
• Officers, employees, contractors, and representatives
from any claims arising from your conduct, communications, or use of services.
13. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend access at its sole discretion.
Termination does not entitle the Member to any refund.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan.
15. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
